Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our work. Every repaired unit undergoes rigorous functional testing before it leaves our workshop — but if any issue related to our repair occurs during the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.

What Our Warranty Covers
Every component we replace or repair during service is covered for the full warranty period
Board-Level Repairs
All circuit board repairs and component replacements, including power supplies, communication chips, and processors.
Touchscreen & LCD Replacements
Replaced LCD panels, touchscreen digitisers, and backlight assemblies are fully covered.
Joystick & Button Replacements
New joystick modules, membrane keypads, and softkey assemblies installed during repair.
Connector & Cable Repairs
Replaced USB connectors, communication ports, and internal cabling.
Mechanical Components
Housing repairs, protective bumpers, and structural components that were replaced or restored.
Software-Related Fixes
Firmware reflashing, boot loop corrections, and software-related repairs performed during service.
Warranty Terms
Duration
1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery of your repaired teach pendant.
Scope
Covers defects in workmanship and all parts replaced during the original repair. If a repaired component fails within the warranty period, we will re-repair it at no cost to you.

Contact us by phone or email describing the issue. We will issue return shipping instructions and prioritise your warranty repair. Turnaround for warranty claims is typically faster than standard repairs.
Exclusions
Physical damage after delivery (drops, impacts, crushing), liquid or chemical exposure, unauthorised modifications or tampering with repaired components, and normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

What does the TPR warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all components replaced during the repair process, including touchscreens, joysticks, membrane keypads, circuit boards, and connectors. If any issue related to our repair occurs during the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost.

All replaced components come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty period begins the day you receive your repaired teach pendant back.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover physical damage occurring after delivery (such as drops or impacts), liquid or chemical damage, unauthorised modifications or tampering with repaired components, and normal wear and tear of consumable parts like membrane overlays.
