Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our work. Every repaired unit undergoes rigorous functional testing before it leaves our workshop — but if any issue related to our repair occurs during the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.

All circuit board repairs and component replacements, including power supplies, communication chips, and processors.

Touchscreen & LCD Replacements

Replaced LCD panels, touchscreen digitisers, and backlight assemblies are fully covered.

Joystick & Button Replacements

New joystick modules, membrane keypads, and softkey assemblies installed during repair.

Connector & Cable Repairs

Replaced USB connectors, communication ports, and internal cabling.

Mechanical Components

Housing repairs, protective bumpers, and structural components that were replaced or restored.

Covers defects in workmanship and all parts replaced during the original repair. If a repaired component fails within the warranty period, we will re-repair it at no cost to you.

Physical damage after delivery (drops, impacts, crushing), liquid or chemical exposure, unauthorised modifications or tampering with repaired components, and normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

What does the TPR warranty cover?

What is not covered by the warranty?
