Teach Pendant Repair in a Few Simple Steps
Our Streamlined Repair Process
At TPR, we make teach pendant repairs easy, efficient, and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps to get your TPU diagnosed and repaired by our robot engineers.
1. Register Your Teach Pendant
Start by filling out the TPU registration form on our website.
Provide a detailed description of the issue—the more details, the better, as this helps us assess the problem quickly.
2. Receive Confirmation & Shipping Instructions
Within one working day, we will review your request and send you a confirmation email.
This email includes a required form to fill out and attach to your shipment, along with our shipping details.
3. Inspection & Diagnosis
Once your teach pendant arrives at our workshop, our experts conduct a full scan, inspection, and diagnosis.
Repairable
If we determine the unit to be repairable, we will send you a detailed cost estimate for approval.
Not Repairable
If we determine the unit to be beyond repair, we will send you an email with a short report. Beyond repair means that the unit can not be repaired by us or it means that it is economic total loss. We will charge you a €100 analysis fee plus the transport costs.
Approve Repair
We proceed with the repair based on the approved estimate.
Decline Repair
We will return the unit to you, charging €100 analysis fee plus the transport costs.
4. Repair Process
Once you approve the cost estimate, we proceed with the repair. Our average turnaround time is 5 to a maximum of 10 business days from the moment we receive your TPU and your approval of offer.
Do you need it sooner? Depending on the severity of the damage (AKA, how big the repair is) we can arrange that, but urgency fees may apply.
5. Return Shipment
After repair, we carefully package and return your teach pendant via FedEx Economy. The shipping costs will be included in the final invoice.
6. Warranty & Support
We stand by our repairs! All replaced components come with their factory warranty from the date of delivery.
